Man United v Chelsea lineups: Kante is fit and starts, Sarri makes false 9 decision

Chelsea’s starting eleven to face Manchester United at Old Trafford this afternoon has been confirmed – and N’Golo Kante starts in midfield!

Kante was withdrawn at half-time during our 2-2 draw with Burnley on Monday night, with his availability for this crucial fixture being unclear in the lead up to the game.

Thankfully from a Chelsea perspective, Kante, who has a surprisingly good scoring record against United, the Frenchman has recovered in time to be involved.

Gonzalo Higuain is fielded through the middle, with Maurizio Sarri ditching his usual false 9 system away to a team in the top six. Willian starts over Pedro.
