Chelsea head coach Maurizio Sarri will soon have the unenviable task of repeating the brilliant tactical and player decisions he made in the 3-0 victory over Brighton and Hove Albion in midweek.

The defeats have been too numerous, and Sarri’s head has been called for by fans who publicly chant ‘F*** Sarriball’ during games.

His pragmatism in the team selection last time out was welcomed by the Chelsea fans on social media. His introduction of Emerson Palmieri, Andreas Christensen, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, and Callum Hudson-Odoi as well as replacing Gonzalo Higuain with Olivier Giroud was hugely popular among the Chelsea fraternity.
It worked to perfection as the fringe players played a key part in finding the three points against the tricky opponents. With the top-four place up for grabs, Chelsea cannot afford to slip up in the remaining games of the Premier League campaign. A win and nothing less is expected on Monday.
