Chelsea appear to be going to new extremes to ensure that Maurizio Sarri feels at home at Stamford Bridge. Maybe he won’t be leaving after all!
There’s been times throughout his debut campaign that we wondered if Sarri would make it to May, yet here he is, on the verge of a Europa League final and top four finish.
The Italian deserves credit for what we has managed to do with a squad which is far from what he would consider the ideal. It’s nowhere near the standard he had at Napoli.
The arrival of Jorginho was a significant step towards replicating what Sarri did at Napoli, but both of the pair have had trouble settling into life in the Premier League.
Chelsea have pulled it out the bag to ensure that they feel as welcome as they possibly can, designing the new home kit to mirror what Jorginho pulled on in Naples.

The pattern is eerily similar, especially considering it’s a different kit manufacturer. Could there actually be some truth to this theory?
