These three Chelsea loanees stand chance of being involved next season, report claims

A report by Matt Law in the Telegraph has mentioned three Chelsea academy players who could be part of the first-team squad next season.

Chelsea fans have campaigned for our younger players to be involved for years. We now find ourselves in a position where our dreams may become reality.

Callum Hudson-Odoi and Ruben Loftus-Cheek established themselves as important first-team players before both tragically suffering the same long-term injury.

Though their injuries are devastating, their emergence ought to provide hope for all those out on-loan hoping to achieve what they have this season.

Three of those who may be spurred on are Reece James, Mason Mount and Tammy Abraham, all of whom have been on-loan in the Championship this season.

The trio have all impressed at Wigan, Derby and Villa respectively. A return to Chelsea could be the natural next step for them.

The Telegraph report that to be the case, with the belief being that all three stand a chance of being involved at Chelsea next season.

We would absolutely love to see that. Plug the holes in the squad with our youth players. It’s how it should have always been done.
