Antonio Rudiger has intensified his efforts to recover from his knee injury in hope of making it back it back in time for the new Premier League season.
The German international missed the tail end of the 2018/19 campaign after damaging his knee, with Rudiger being forced to go under the knife as a result.
Whoever our new manager will be will no doubt be desperate to have him back in time for the new season. He is arguably the best centre-back on our books.
Whether he will make it remains to be seen, but he’s giving it his all, as he has revealed on his Instagram page. Here’s a collection of clips, put together by the Daily Mail.
Rudiger making it back in time is of course the best possible outcome, but it certainly can’t be considered the end of the world if he’s unable.
Chelsea have Kurt Zouma returning from loan and Andreas Christensen desperate for opportunities. Whatever happens, we’ll be fine.
