(Image): Chelsea pair share update on recovery from long-term injury problems at Cobham

Antonio Rudiger and Callum Hudson-Odoi shared a snap from the treatment table as the pair continue their recoveries from their respective injuries.

The BBC reported at the tail end of April that Rudiger was to miss the rest of the season after going under the knife and having successful knee surgery.

This came just a week after Callum Hudson-Odoi was forced off the field with a ruptured achilles tendon during our 2-2 draw with Burnley.

The pair missing out on the end of our campaign came as a blow to our hopes of success, yet Maurizio Sarri was still able to steer us to a strong finish.

The focus now for Rudiger and CHO is to recover in time for the start of the new season, with their efforts to do so well underway at Cobham.

Have a look at this snap, taken by Rudiger and shared by Chelsea’s Twitter account.

Let’s hope that they both have their feet up all summer and are able to recover in time for the start of next season. We desperately need them both!
