Juventus are not only hoping to poach Maurizio Sarri from Chelsea this summer, but also left-back Emerson Palmieri.
This news comes from the Daily Mail, who are under the impression that Juve will merge their efforts to acquire the both of them.
This could see the compensation fee for Sarri, which stands at £5M per the report, included in any potential fee for Emerson.
Emerson was initially signed as a reserve to Marcos Alonso, but has now nailed down a starting spot at left-back under Sarri.
Sarri brought one of his Napoli favourites, Jorginho, with him to Chelsea, so he could well do something similar if he moved to Juve.
However, Chelsea could do without losing first-team players without the possibility of replacing them, so the Serie A champs may be left out in the cold.
Regardless, all signs point to Sarri becoming their new manager, and you have to think he’d be content with having Alex Sandro…
