The date that the Chelsea squad will begin to return to Cobham for pre-season training has been revealed by Football London.
As soon as the Chelsea players left the field in Baku to continue their celebrations in the dressing room, we all looked forward to when they would next take to the turf.
Little did we know that it would not be under the stewardship of Maurizio Sarri, rather a certain club legend would be taking the reins for pre-season.
While it feels like a decade since we last saw Chelsea in action, we will not have to wait much longer for the pre-season buzz to kick into gear.
Football London believe that the Chelsea squad will begin to filter back into Cobham from July 1st, which is now within touching distance.
That doesn’t only include the first-team squad we saw last term, but it’ll also include a wave of impressive youngsters, returning from their respective loans.
