French outlet RMC Sport have revealed a description of Eden Hazard’s Chelsea career which was said by the man himself to Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
RMC Sport appear to have successfully eavesdropped on a conversation between the pair before the Europa League final in Baku a week ago today.
The conversation, according to the report, went something like this. Hazard was quoted by RMC Sport giving a description of his time as a Chelsea player:
“I gave my life, my legs, my buttocks, everything!”
While Hazard has shed blood and tears in a Chelsea shirt, there’s no evidence of his buttocks being worn down. It stands proud and remains sizeable.
He is right in saying he’s given it all, though, which is exactly why no Chelsea fan will hold it against him if he seeks greener pastures this summer.
At some point in his career he had to put his own interests above Chelsea’s. It looks as though the time has now come for him to do exactly that.
