Manchester United’s players are disgruntled ahead of tomorrow’s clash with Chelsea – because they feel as though their new team bus is inadequate.
That’s according to the Daily Mail, who claim that United’s first-team believe that the bus they have been provided with is not up to the standards set by their Premier League counterparts.
Really, United have themselves to blame for purchasing spoilt prima donnas, but this is good news for Chelsea, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men not likely to have a comfortable ride to Old Trafford tomorrow.
Football is often won by fine margins, so we’ll take anything that we can get ahead of our season opening fixture in Manchester on Sunday afternoon. Fingers crossed this will work in our favour.
It is truly remarkable what footballers find problems with, though. Considering the amount they earn, you’d think that they could forgive United for not providing them with a spaceship.
