Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham can match the accomplishments of former Liverpool striker Luis Suarez if he nets twice against the Reds this afternoon.
If we were discussing the possibility of Tammy striking twice against a team of Liverpool’s strength, we may have considered the feat a little unrealistic.
However, the youngster has scored seven goals in his last three Premier League appearances. There’s scarcely a player in Europe in hotter form right now.
Abraham’s purple patch has left him on the brink of replicating something which was achieved by Luis Suarez way back in the winter of 2013, as the Premier League revealed on Twitter.
Chelsea striker @tammyabraham has scored at least twice in each of his last 3️⃣ #PL appearances (7️⃣ in total) – the only player to achieve this in 4️⃣ games in a row was Luis Suarez in Dec 2013#CHELIV pic.twitter.com/3KbxPBlanS

Suarez was considered one of the top three players on the planet at that point in time, so it’s incredible to think that Abraham could soon be on par with the level he was hitting.
All he has to do is score twice against Liverpool today. Easy right, Tammy?
