It seems very certain now that Timo Werner is joining Chelsea, but there is just that all important aspect of the official announcement that Blues fans are craving.
There have been many stories floating around over the last couple of weeks, many outlets probably playing guessing games as to when the deal will actually be announced.
But two of the most reliable sources when it comes to Chelsea news, both believe we wont need to wait much longer for the announcement now.
Goal writer Nizaar Kinsella believes that the club hope to announce the signing of Werner by the end of this week.
Equally, the Telegraph writer Matt Law says he ‘wouldn’t be surprised’ if the announcement is made this week on one of his latest tweets today.
In terms of when his transfer to Chelsea will be announced, that's largely in Leipzig's hands but I wouldn't be surprised if we now hear something this week.

Chelsea fans can rest with confidence that the deal is done just pending the formalities of the official confirmation by either Chelsea, or his club RB Leipzig.
