Chelsea have been beaten 2-0 by Leicester, and after the game Frank Lampard didn’t have much to say.
All he could do was say that he needed the “bare minimums” from his players ” – running and covering ground, for one thing.
He’s starting to sound like a manager who is out of ideas on how to turn things round. The plyers he tried tonight certainly didn’t perform, but Leicester looked a far slicker organisation than the Blues, and a lot of that comes down to coaching.
Blaming the players again won’t go down well.
