Sevilla defender Jules Kounde reportedly has ‘an agreement’ in place to sign for European Champions, Chelsea.
Chelsea were trying to sign the French international centre back in the summer but no agreement for a fee was met with his club and the player was left disappointed.

Thomas Tuchel’s side are expected to go back in for Kounde again and according to a report from Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo, as cited by Sport Witness, the 23-year old ‘has an agreement’ to join Chelsea when a fee can be agreed, with wages and terms already done.
The report isn’t clear on whether Chelsea will be making that all important move to agree a fee with Sevilla in January or the summer, but they believe the latter is more likely.
Kounde will be needed at Chelsea if they cannot sort out the contractual issues with current defenders, Andreas Christensen and Antonio Rudiger.
