We’re just half an hour away from Chelsea’s team news against Brighton, and there’s a lot of speculation about what we might see.
This weekend saw the reunion of Mateo Kovacic, Jorginho and N’Golo Kante in a matchday squad for the first time in months, but it didn’t last long.
Kante was taken off hurt in the second half, and we feared for a while that he could be out for some time.
The good news is that doesn’t look likely, now we’ve seen pictures of the midfielder involved in training today.

It still seems unlikely that he will start – Thomas Tuchel will keep him fresh for the Liverpool game this weekend – but given we feared he could be out for weeks, and given Jorginho and Kovacic should be able to play, we will take that.
