Thomas Tuchel is taking his press conference ahead of the game against Everton tomorrow night, and as always he started with some team news.
The injury crisis that has cut a swathe through Chelsea over the last couple of months has meant plenty of updates on that front recently, but today we got a pretty good update that shows we may almost be out of the woods.
Tuchel: "NG will be back on the bench tomorrow, he did the last two training sessions. Trevoh Chalobah will also be back in the squad.

According to Tuchel, N’Golo Kante will and Trevoh Chalobah will both be back on the bench tomorrow night, after taking part in training this week.
If all goes to plan, we might even see a start for one of them come this weekend’s game against Wolves – but that’s speculation on our part.
Tuchel also clarified that Mateo Kovacic – recovered from injury but out with Covid – and Ben Chilwell will still be out for tomorrow’s game. We didn’t get a more detailed update on when he expects either of them to be back.
