In it, Thomas Tuchel talks about the difficulties of man management during a pandemic, especially over this manic Christmas period. The challenges we tend to focus on are the tactical ones, but this is just as important a part of his job.
As always, he’s an open and engaging speaker on whichever topic he chooses, including one as delicate and interesting as this.
