Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is reportedly looking to bring in a new Director at Chelsea, according to a report today.

It’s claimed Abramovich ‘wants to improve’ the Blues’ sporting project and considers signing former Barcelona Director, Ramon Planes.

The 54-year old has reportedly has many offers on the table according to a ‘confidential’ report obtained by Sport in Spain.

Chelsea have largely operated without a Director of Football for some time now but it is often something talked about by fans and Journalists when speaking about things that could help Chelsea moving forward, especially with transfer market business.

It would be interesting to see if anything comes of these links.
