Ruben Loftus-Cheek looked pretty uncomfortable playing out of position in the first half, but as the game has worn on and Luton have dropped deeper, the midfielder has looked better and better pushing higher up.
Finally he made it count with a brilliant backspinning pass into the path of Timo Werner. The striker took it down with a lovely touch and then calmly rolled it past the keeper with his studs.
Now we’ve just got to go on and win it – our chances look good.
