One of the biggest decisions that any new Chelsea owner will need to make right away as soon as they get the keys to Stamford Bridge, will be based on which current personnel they will be keeping at the club and who they will not.
Will they want to come in and bring in a complete new boardroom and staff members? Or will they look at it and see it how it is being run already and not wish to change a single thing?

We will soon be finding this out of course, but one club official that they do all want to keep is director Marina Granovskaia, according to The Athletic.
They say that all four bidders for the club have expressed desire to keep Granovskaia at Chelsea under their ownership.
She won’t decide though until Chelsea are sold, and it all depends on their proposal and her plans.
