Former Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois helped his club Real Madrid win the Champions league final against Liverpool last night, taking the trophy from Chelsea.
Courtois made some big saves in the game to keep his side in for a fighting chance, and he has really proven to be a very important player for them since joining from Chelsea.

He left Chelsea on bad terms really, with many Blues fans calling him a snake for how he upped and left the club.
But Courtois has said how he was ‘rooting’ for Chelsea in last season’s Champions league final and as you’ll hear in the video below, the only reason he left was due to his kids being in Madrid.
"There was a lack of respect towards me, but I am happy to show today again what a goalkeeper I am!"
