With Romelu Lukaku and rumours of a potential Inter reunion on the cards, Chelsea have been linked with a host strikers including the Belgians former striker partner Lautaro Martinez.
Martinez has been on Chelsea’s radar for a while now, but the Argentinian’s agent, Alejandro Camano has assured he is ready to stay put.
Camano told FC Inter News, as cited by Football Italia:
“At this moment, he has no reason to think there is even the slightest possibility he could Inter.
“He is happy, is enjoying his time with the team, the club and the city. There’s no reason to leave.”
Inter are in need of cash and perhaps if an important offer came in, it could potentially steady the ship.
The Italian side are in talks with former Juventus player, now free agent, Paulo Dybala, but will need to offload players to balance the books.
Not only Martinez , Chelsea have also reportedly shown interest in defenders Denzel Dumfries, Milan Skriniar, Alessandro Bastoni and Stefan De Vrij.
The Blues are in desperate need of defence rebuild following the departures of Andreas Christensen and Antonio Rudiger and could look to raid the Serie A team.
