Chelsea have some big decisions to make this summer, and some of them will be about who they allow to leave the club, and who they decide to try and keep.
The decisions will be made by Thomas Tuchel alongside the new owners at the club, and a number of things will be weighed up.
Chelsea are growing in confidence of signing Ousmane Dembele this summer.
Club captain Cesar Azpilicueta will be one of those who will be under discussions these next few weeks. The Blues used an option to extend his contract a couple of months ago, meaning he is now at the club until 2023. However, that doesn’t mean he definitely stays.
A lot of the chatter suggested that Chelsea will still sell him this summer, with Barcelona very keen to bring him back.
According to a report from Barca Times, it will cost ‘less than €5M’ for them to sign the Spanish international this summer, but Chelsea have to allow him to leave.
