Just as with the deals for Raheem Sterling and Kalidou Koulibaly in weeks past, once Chelsea have picked out a target, things seems to move very quickly.
A few days ago we were noting how dead the deal for Jules Kounde appeared.
Now, not only has it been very much resurrected, it seems to be all but a done deal rather than a dead one. The Spanish press have been insisting for a couple of days now that an agreement between the clubs is now close, with the player having agreed personal terms previously.
Fernando Serrano is the latest to claim that it’s now a done deal. His Tweet says the agreement has been “closed” between Chelsea and Sevilla for £55m.

Kounde will travel to London shortly to complete his medical, and will presumably then bounce right on to the United States to join preseason, as Koulibaly and Sterling did.

I want to appeal to our head coach n our new owner that the moment we finish securing our backline, they quickly need to move very fast to secure the West Ham attacker Jarrod Bowen as a perfect replacement for Raphinha n then move on to secure the 23yrs old Sporting Lisbon midfielder Matheus Nunes n if possible to get one polific striker despite the fact that we want to maintain Broja. My second issue is that once the coach is able to secure all his defensive targets he should try n change the formation becos we’re having more wingers n attackers so in my opinion he can now play the 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1 or 4-1-4-1 to boster our attack in front of goal. Yes this 3 4 2 1 or 3 4 3 systém does not yeild enough goal. It need to be change immediately if we can secure the above mentioned striker
