AC Milan won Serie A last season, and are looking to double down with some important signings.
Their eyes are on the prize of Charles de Ketelaere, the brilliant young Belgian who has been shining at Club Brugge and looks ready for a Champions League club.
They’re being linked with him a lot – and that seems like it spells the end of their interest in Chelsea’s Hakim Ziyech.
But not according to the reports we’re seeing today from the Corriere dello Sport, where it’s claimed that Milan would happily sign both as they look to revamp the creative areas of their squad.
Ziyech has had his moments for Chelsea, but ultimately has flattered to deceive, and not many fans would be too hard hit by the blow of him leaving.
In fact, the way it opens us up to make more signings will actually excite many supporters.
What a shame we didn’t go for De Ketelaere ourselves…
