It looks like Chelsea are set to miss out on signing another centre back target this summer, and now yet again, they must move to other options with time drastically running out.

Jules Kounde looks like he is now going to join Barcelona over Chelsea, with The Blues pulling the plug on the deal after being so close to signing him last week. So now, it’s time once again to explore other options. Although we need to be doing more than just exploring other options, we need to be MOVING on other options.
According to Si & Dan Talk Chelsea, one of those options is RB Leipzig defender Mohamed Simakan, who they are ‘exploring’ as an option. There’s noise in the report as well that Timo Werner could come in to play if this move transpires.
