Thomas Tuchel and the new owners want to rebuild the squad as much as they can this summer, and that means adding quality all over the pitch.
They are starting in attack, and the first summer signing should soon be confirmed. Today in fact, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano this morning.
He says that Chelsea will be in direct contact with Manchester City today to tie up the Raheem Sterling deal. The England international is heading to Stamford Bridge this summer to begin working under Thomas Tuchel.
