Barcelona’s FORMER winger Ousmane Dembele certainly comes under that category, and over night his contract ended with Barcelona and he officially became a free agent.
So if Chelsea are really interested in taking Dembele this season, then they will not get a better chance than now.
Of course, the club are seemingly involved in a battle with Barcelona to sign Raphinha instead, but maybe they should drop out of that nonsense and turn attentions to Dembele instead, with Raphinha desperate to join Barcelona over Chelsea.

I think I prefer dembele to rafinha but taking a look at it from Barcelona side you see they nut good at handling players going out… Most players always flop while exiting the club a good look is Pedro when he came to Chelsea
As a Chelsea fan I’m sick and tired of the swamp the club gets involved in every season. They spent £100,000,000 on a deal that frankly needs to be investigated by the fraud squad, Now they are contemplating buying a player who patently does not want to play for the club. Also Dembele has a poor injury record so the terms of any contract should reflect the risks taken in any deal. They fail to recognise the best talent has emerged from their own academy and tried and tested premier league players who have a dream to pull on that precious blue shirt. No more second choice charlatans or want away conspirators. Lukaku has put all the evidence before us and the only deal we should be considering is him turning out for Wormwood Scubs next season.
How can you say that Pedro was a flopped at Chelsea! That’s not fair,my friend. Pedro was a goal scorer and assist too. He might not had operated on the same frequency as he was at Barcelona, and that was understandable because the quality of the players were not the same and style of play.
Despite all the odds, the fans cannot forget his brilliant goals coming at a time when it’s needed the most.

It’s a good move for Chelsea but it first have to recognise a player’s quality and abilities. Since players from different leagues actually play different, meaning, before signing a new player, one has to focus on the adaptation of the player to the premier league.
