Raphinha looks set to join Barcelona now as somehow they’ve managed to raid yet another piggy bank or found a money tree to be able to keep spending money they have not got.

Chelsea of course had their offer on the table for Raphinha, but he’s always been desperate to join Barcelona. That reason alone should be enough for you to be happy as a Chelsea fan. Would you really want a player who has a ‘desperation’ to join another club and would end up asking to leave very soon anyway?
The second reason to be happy is the fee being touted is laughable to be honest, as reported below by Ben Jacobs.
Can confirm Leeds and Barcelona have finally reached an agreement this evening for Raphinha. My understanding is the €50 million + 10 fee is incorrect (Leeds rejected that offer quite some time ago) and the deal is actually worth close to €75 million.

Barcelona should be banned from bidding on players unless they have the money to pay for them as they have held up this transfer for weeks and clearly have no money as they are stalling player and club
