Every transfer has it’s life cycle, and while not every one has every element of a true saga, there are certainly a set of tropes which come around every summer.
One of them is a player who wants to leave their club wiping their social media profiles, or liking another team’s post.
Another classic is a cryptic set of song lyrics which can be taken to mean a whole lot of things, and that’s just what Jules Kounde has done this evening, as you can see in his effort embedded here:

To be fair to the poor man, he has been pushing for this move for over a year now. At the end of last summer he thought he’d been hard done by when Sevilla jacked his price up at the last minute to try and squeeze some extra money out of Chelsea.
In the end the Blues did the right thing and didn’t let themselves get played. But it looks like Kounde, who still hasn’t been able to find an exit a year after a path to the Premier League opened up, isn’t happy.
