The report claims that Bayern Munich believe they have a commitment from Matthijs de Ligt to join them ahead of Chelsea this summer.
But obviously, the key will really be whether they can pay the money to get him, which is going to be quite a lot, and at the moment, no fee has been agreed with Juventus, per the same report.
