The new FIFA loan rules restrict clubs from being able to have too many players out on loan, and with Chelsea’s ‘loan army’ becoming infamous in recent years, that creates problem.
Chelsea will not really be able to send a whole ‘army’ out on loan again this season, so that means some players will need to be sold on rather than loaned out, which is what they have usually been used to doing.

According to The Evening Standard, Chelsea have put Xavier Mbuyamba, Matt Miazga and Baba Rahman up for sale because they are conscious of loan limits that have come into play through FIFA’s new regulations.
I’m sure this wont be the only players it could effect as well and more could become available. Mbuyamba hasn’t even really had a shot at the main stage yet at Chelsea, and his arrival from Barcelona has been largely disappointing and hindered by injuries.
May i our head coach one simple question that why is he behaving like a small boy in his field. U said u needed to sign quality players to make the team to compete at the topmost level n my question is where are his target players ? n has he been in contact with them ? also the should be alternative incase the first target cannot be available so my humble suggesting to our head coach Thomas Tuchel is that Raphinha n Kounde are gone we should act quickly to secure their alternatives before other Teams snatch them away from us. The should be urgency in our dealings to secure our remaining targets. I read that Lazio has offered u their midfielder but no comment from u yet, pls are u guys waiting for other Teams to start persuing him before u start ur bidding process ? I also want to tell our coach to let go of our captain Cesar Azpilicueta n Marcos Alonso to Barca then u can also take advantage of that n bid for Frankie De Jong to Chelsea becos in my opinion we should also sell Jorginho n Loftus Cheek then try to replace them with (1) the Lazio guy Milinkovic Savic (2) Frankie De Jong n (3) The 23yrs old Matheus Nunes from Sporting Lisbon. Then lets come to the attackers n i learned that Hakim Ziyech n Timo Werner wanted to leave pls let them go n quickly seek for better replacement n here a few names for u guys to consider (1) Allan Saint – Maximin of Newcastle (2) Wildfred Zaha of Crystal Palace (3) Ole Watkinson of Aston Villa (4) Jarrod Bowen from West Ham. I also wish that either u loan Odoi n maintain only Kai Harvertz, Pulisic n Mason Mount n also since Ronaldo is still available in the market u guys should go for him perhaps for one season to see how it goes. The earlier u act quickly to get them the better for our beloved Team Chelsea. We are Blues For Life. ❤

You nailed it bro. This has been my problem with chelsea. So pathetic in buying. So many exciting players around. They will be pricing players lime pepper and tomato. See Frenk, Milankovic, Zaha, Saint Maxima, etc. At the end now, we will be doing panick buying and we will bring in second hands players like in the days of Drinkwater, Zapacosta, Rahman, name them. Pls Tuchel and Todd act fast and nice o. We are lagging behind in market anday structure. Chelsea has the worst player structure right now.
