We know for a fact that Carney Chukwuemeka has been promised first team action at Chelsea.
That was made clear in the statements about his signing, and was clearly why he chose us over some of the other suitors chasing him this summer.
So far, with 3 games gone, he has had precisely 0 minutes of action, despite N’Golo Kante and Mateo Kovacic both being injured.

You are very wright. Tuchel may have tactics to use with good players but does not seem to know who is a good player or not. Chasing away the two front liners, Lukaku and Timo, has also demonstrated that he does not know who is a useful player and who is not. The two just needed good suppliers.
