We haven’t even finished this summer’s transfer window yet and already Chelsea’s new owners are working on deals for next summer.
To be honest, the priority still needs to be and still will be on this summer right now, but you might as well kill two birds with one stone, as the saying goes. And that is what Boehly did in recent meetings when he sold Timo Werner back to RB Leipzig.
According to Si & Dan Talk Chelsea, Boehly also spoke about a deal to sign Leipzig forward Christopher Nkunku NEXT summer, putting in the ground work to get ahead in the race to sign him for his £52m release clause that will come in to play by then.
Nkunku is a real priority target for Chelsea for next summer and the one they want to lead the line.
“Christopher Nkunku from RB Leipzig though, I am told IS a real priority target for next summer and he is the one that Chelsea want to bring in.
Todd Boehly has already held meetings for Nkunku to sign for next summer.â€

Long way to go before then mind, and a lot of things can happen.

That’s surely a good move from our new owner but i just want to send a word of caution to him n our head coach that the way signning of new player is been handle if care is not taken our beloved team Chelsea is going to be humiliated in this season that just began becos we’re not battle ready. Look about five of ur defenders are leaving namely Rudiger, Christinsen, Saar, Alonso, Chalobah n Ampadu. For now i can say we got replacement for Rudiger n Alonso, they’re Koulibaly n Cucurella then our coach is waisting time chasing Fofana pls they should move quickly to sign Adam Webster n even look for additional backups
