There were plenty of mean jokes about Graham Potter when he was at Brighton and doing well – he was too unattractive and unglamorous to ever get a top job.
He referenced them himself, saying that nobody called “Graham Potter” was going to win awards for glamour and exoticism.
But he’s turned things around over the years – he’s grown a beard and slowly updated his look. And tonight he went to a new level on his first night in the Champions League – a smart suit.
