Chelsea are expected to still be one of the busiest clubs this transfer deadline day and the news has already been pouring in today!
It’s certainly been busy in terms of news and rumours, but we are yet to really hear anything significant on deals being close yet apart from Pierre Emerick Aubameyang. That one looks hugely close now, as confirmed as well below by Ben Jacobs.

There is still plenty of time left of course until the 11pm deadline this evening, and you know Chelsea will be working hard behind the scenes.
Jacobs says that our priorities are Aubameyang of course, which is ‘virtually complete’, and then after that they want to sign Edson Alvarez from Ajax. Rafael Leao wont happen unless Chelsea pay a lot of money, but Aubameyang’s medical is already scheduled for this afternoon!
