Ben Jacobs has today reported that Juventus have a “superficial” interest in Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante, whose contract expires at the end of the summer.
He notes that there are plenty of other teams – including PSG – interested in trying to pick up Kante on a free transfer.
Now 31, Kante has shown himself on many occasions to be one of the best midfielders in the world.
Juventus interest in N'Golo Kante is only superficial at this point. Lots of clubs monitoring his situation, including PSG. Juventus first enquired on Kante during dialogue surrounding then-Juve defender Matthijs de Ligt. But Max Allegri preferred Jorginho, who wasn't keen.

In all honesty, this kind of thing isn’t worth a second though. Every major club in Europe will be weighing up a move for Kante, given his contract situation. But it will all be “superficial” at this point as it isn’t yet clear whether he will be signing a new deal at Chelsea.
Kante is out injured at the moment, continuing a horrible run of problems for the Frenchman. Nobody – including Chelsea – will be offering too much until it’s clear his body is up to it.
