Chelsea are reportedly weighing up a major transfer move this January that could give a world-famous football star a route out of his club.
The Blues have been linked to this player during the summer and were said to be one of the clubs seriously considering making an offer.
Now, a fresh report from The Sunday World late on Saturday, seems to suggest that Chelsea are pondering making a move for Cristiano Ronaldo of Manchester United once again.
The report claims that Chelsea’s interest in Ronaldo remains and with Thomas Tuchel now removed from the equation after Graham Potter replaced him as Chelsea manager last month, the club are again being tempted by a move for Ronaldo, with a short-term deal possible in January as he looks to end his miserable spell at Old Trafford.
I certainly would not rule this out, considering Boehly’s previous interest, even if many fans would be against this.
