Chelsea boss Graham Potter is reportedly keen on bringing in one of his former players to his new club in London.
According to a report from 90min today (as seen below), Potter is interested in signing winger Leandro Trossard at his new Stamford Bridge club.

Obviously Brighton do have an option – which they will take. But it is the talks that is drawing the attention.

Trossard is in some top form for Brighton this season, and he was also a top performer for Potter when he was the boss there. Now Potter seemingly wants to use his talents and versatility at Chelsea.
Trossard has a contract until 2024 with an option to extend, but Chelsea’s interest might affect things here. Newcastle are also keen on the player, as per the same report.
It looks like this would be more a pursuit for the summer rather than the January window, but it is a rumour that we expect to heat up over time, as well as other Brighton players that Potter really likes.
