The worrying Chelsea – Man U stat that point to a difficult game

When Antonio Conte arrived at Chelsea and picked up a couple of wins there was a bit of a buzz around the place.

But it was only when his team beat Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United comfortably at home that things really got firing.

That was a memorable game against our former coach, which eventually catapulted us to the title.

But since then, our record against the Red Devils has been dire.

In our 9 meetings since then we’ve lost 5 and drawn 4 – the last a 2-2 thriller at the turn of the year at Stamford Bridge.

Today we hope to break that chain with a win, but the omens aren’t good. This team look significantly better than the teams we’ve faced and failed to beat in recent seasons.
