Former Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel would be interested in taking the England job, according to the well connected Matt Law of the Telegraph.
The writer stresses that no contact has been made between Tuchel and the FA, or the other way round, he just claims to know that the out of work coach would consider it.
It would be a many that many English Chelsea fans would love. Tuchel was much respected and well regarded at the club, and his removal was considered harsh by most. Given how well he worked with English players like Reece James and Mason Mount at the Bridge, it could be a glorious link up.

It would represent quite the inversion, given Graham Potter, Tuchel’s replacement at Chelsea, looked to be front runner to take the Three Lions job once Gareth Southgate stood down. Instead he’s off to a good start at the Bridge, and Tuchel could be on his way to Wembley.
