Arsenal are potentially looking for revenge at Chelsea as The Telegraph reports that they are considering challenging the Blues for Moises Caicedo.
Brighton are thought to want a huge fee… talks of numbers like upwards of 75 million pounds are being floated about if they were to sell in January and considering Arsenal have only spent upwards of 70 million pounds once in their history (Nicolas Pepe) it would be quite a statement of intent from them.
However the Gunners are first in the Premier League table and they will be fully aware that Chelsea came in with a late swoop for their top January transfer window target Mykhailo Mudryk and this could be a perfect opportunity for revenge as Caicedo is thought to be second in Chelsea’s midfield wanted list, only behind Benfica’s superstar Enzo Fernandez.
Whether either club launch a bid close to Brighton’s asking price in the final days remains to be seen but what can be said with some element of certainty is that Moises Caicedo will be on the move in the near future, recently changing his agents which usually hints at a potential move.
