Chelsea are “getting confident” on securing the services of Argentinian superstar Enzo Fernandez, reports Fabrizio Romano in his new Youtube video.
Chelsea are in active conversations with Benfica right now as I speak as the club hope to pull off what would be a sensational signing.
Talks are centred around Chelsea paying 120 million euros (105 million pounds) but in several instalments, it’s up to Benfica president Rui Costa to decide now as Chelsea have communicated their willingness to pay that fee.
Enzo Fernandez would take base figures of up to around 500 million total spend since Todd Boehly’s consortium took over the club from Roman Abramovich.
