Chelsea’s travelling squad to Germany announced

Chelsea have announced the full squad that are travelling to Germany to face Borussia Dortmund tomorrow night.

The full squad is as follows:

Kepa, Bettinelli, Bergstrom; James, Silva, Chalobah, Chilwell, Koulibaly, Azpilicueta, Fofana, Cucurella; Hall, Chukwuemeka, Gallagher, Mount, Zakaria, Loftus-Cheek, Kovacic, Enzo; Felix, Mudryk, Ziyech, Havertz.

This squad means that Raheem Sterling misses out through injury, David Datro Fofana meanwhile was not registered.

It’s good to see Lewis Hall involved with the squad after being left out of the last two Premier League Matches.

You have to raise eyebrows over the decision to drop Aubameyang from the squad after also not being able to register David Datro Fofana, this leaves Chelsea with just one option to play up front in Kai Havertz, if he gets injured, there are no options to come on up top, it seems an extremely poor decision from Graham Potter as far as I am concerned.

  1. I think overall Potter does not know what his best players are,he continues to pick players that are underperforming and leave players that have gave a good performance out.Hope he makes the right decisions soon,we can only hope.
