Andrey Santos is currently flying to London with the intention of “never leaving Chelsea” reports Globo Esporte as cited by Sport witness.
Andrey is flying to sort his work permit out and it’s hoped that he can be a part of the Chelsea squad this season, he has already been announced as a Blues player to the fans in Janaury but went off to play the Sudamericana sub 20 tournament with Brazil, which Brazil won whilst Andrey was crowned player of the tournament, player of the final and also took home a shared golden boot with fellow Brazilian Vitor Roque.
The report states that even if Andrey cannot get his work permit now, he wants to stay at Chelsea rather than go back out on loan to another club.
There is also the U20 World Cup coming up in May, so the player would only spend about two months with his new side if he was to go back out on loan.
