Chelsea are involved in negotiations to sign 15 year old wonderkid Kendry Paez, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Fabrizio reports that Manchester United and Bayer Leverkusen are also involved. Despite being just 15 years of age, Kendry is rated as one of the biggest talents in South America.
This signing could see Chelsea continue on with the trend of purchasing what they view as the best young talents across the globe with the hope of developing them into the first team or selling them on for profit.
Kendry plays attacking midfield and also right wing, stylistically he reminds me of Lionel Messi, possessing ridiculous close control and dribbling.
