Frank Lampard has had two games as Chelsea caretaker, but both have been away from home. Tomorrow sees him back at the Bridge for the first time, and he was asked about that in his press conference today.
He said he was delighted, but pointed out that he would have his “serious face” on for the game. He’s here to win games, not have a jolly and get some nice applause.
It might just make all the difference, with the roar of the crowd behind him.
