Tifo football have made plenty of interesting videos about Chelsea this season – the club have certainly provided them with enough talking points.
Today the focus is on Todd Boehly and the ownership’s spending. The title of the video is “have Chelsea spent too much money,” and while the rule of newspaper headlines is that the answer to any question in a headline is “no,” in this case it might well be “yes.”
When you look at the way their hand will be forced this summer because of the actions of a year ago, and the season we had in between, there’s no denying that too much money was spent too fast.
