Part of Frank Lampard’s remit in this caretaker period is using the young players in the dead rubber games, and he’s found one he likes.
Trevoh Chalobah wasn’t in the squad when Lampard was last manager, but the coach has taken to hi and used him as a very effective right back on Saturday. After the game he praised several aspects of his game, and really looked like he meant what he said.
