Moises Caicedo from Brighton is the main one being linked by multiple sources, and they all expect Chelsea to make a move for him very soon.
According to The Daily Mail, they have a bit of a trump card to play in an attempt to sign Caicedo, and that is adding in fringe players from their own squad to sweeten the deal.
